NLRB FaceBook Case Settled

On November 22, 2010, I wrote about a Complaint filed by the Hartford Office of the NLRB against an ambulance company who fired an employee for statements the employee made on her FaceBook page.  Today, February 7, 2011, the NLRB announced that the matter was settled.  The company agreed to revise its policies and not discipline the employee.
