Twittering Becomes Employment Law Issue?

I ran across an blog article that claims to be (probably correctly) the “First Law School Seminar Paper on Twitter.”  The author, Rex  Gradeless, asserts prospective legal issues with Twitter to include: (1) Protection of Trade Secrets; (2) Privacy and Defamation; (3) Use of Tweets in Hiring and Firing; (4) Un-Productivity; (5) Medical Privacy, among others.

The world is certainly changing…
